Refund Policy – Just Talk
This Refund Policy governs all payments made for sessions booked through Just Talk. By completing a payment, the client or participant agrees to the terms set out below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund shall be applicable only in cases where the scheduled session is cancelled by Just Talk due to any reason whatsoever.
In such instances, Just Talk shall, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following options:

Assignment of a new expert and rescheduling of the session, or

Refund of the full session fee to the original mode of payment
All approved refunds shall be processed within 48 hours from the date of confirmation of cancellation.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds shall be issued under the following circumstances:

If the client or participant fails to attend the session after successful payment

If the client or participant does not join the session at the scheduled time or joins with a delay

If the session is missed, shortened, or rendered ineffective due to delay or non-availability from the client or participant’s side
3. No Partial Refunds
Once a session has been scheduled and the expert has been assigned, no partial refunds shall be applicable for late joining, early exit, or incomplete participation by the client or participant.
4. Final Decision
All refund-related decisions made by Just Talk shall be final and binding.
