Just Talk respects your privacy. The platform is designed to operate with minimal personal data collection, even during paid sessions. Privacy and anonymity are core to how Just Talk works.

 

Information Collected

During paid sessions (₹499 per person per hour for couples):

  • No personal information such as full name, email address, or profile details is actively collected

  • No conversation content is stored or recorded

  • Any visibility of the caller’s phone number occurs solely due to the call being initiated from the caller’s own mobile device.

  • Phone numbers are not stored, analysed, or reused beyond the live call

Payment-related information (only for processing payment):

  • Limited details such as UPI ID or bank transfer reference may be collected

  • This information is used strictly for payment verification

  • No behavioural, conversational, or personal profiling data is collected

What Is Never Collected

  • Medical, psychological, or health records

  • Personality assessments or profiling data without explicit consent

  • Conversation content for analytics, marketing, or training

  • Any data unrelated to payment processing

 

Use of Information

Any information collected is used only to:

  • Process and verify payments

  • Maintain basic transaction records as required by applicable laws

Information is never used for:

  • Marketing or promotional communication

  • Profiling or behavioural analysis

  • Selling or sharing with third parties

  • Retargeting or advertising

 

Confidentiality

  • All conversations are private

  • Sessions are not recorded

  • Conversation content is not stored, analysed, or shared

  • No third party has access to your conversations

Disclosure occurs only if required by applicable law.

 

Data Storage and Security

  • Only minimal payment records are retained

  • Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are followed

  • While no system can guarantee absolute security, data collection itself is intentionally minimal
