Introduction

Just Talk respects your privacy.

The platform is intentionally designed to operate with minimal personal data collection.​

Just Talk does not function as a data storage platform. It acts only as a coordination and orientation facilitator between participants and independent experts.

Privacy and anonymity are core principles of how Just Talk works.

Communication Flow

The flow is simple.

Participants write to Just Talk Head saying “Book an Expert” at:
head@thejusttalk.com

 

Initial communication happens only through email with the Just Talk Head.

After email orientation:

• Procedure and slots are shared
• Expert credentials are shared
• Participant confirms interest

 

Then:

• Expert contact details are shared
• Participant books and pays the expert directly
• Expert initiates the call at the scheduled time

Just Talk only facilitates initial orientation, consultant alignment, and expert-match with follow-up coordination where required.

 

Just Talk does not conduct the session and does not sit in on calls.

 

Information Collected

Just Talk collects minimal operational information only, such as:

  • Email communication necessary to coordinate orientation and scheduling

  • Confirmation that a booking has been scheduled

  • Confirmation that payment has been made directly to the expert

 

Just Talk does not:

  • Collect full personal profiles

  • Store identity documents

  • Store phone numbers in a database

  • Record sessions

  • Store conversation content

 

Any exchange of contact details between expert and participant happens for direct coordination only.

 

Payments

Payments are made directly to the expert, not to Just Talk.

Just Talk does not:

  • Process payments

  • Store banking details

  • Store UPI IDs

  • Store card details

  • Maintain financial transaction databases

 

Just Talk may only receive confirmation that payment has been completed for coordination purposes.

 

What Is Never Collected

Just Talk does not collect:

  • Medical or psychological records

  • Therapy notes

  • Session recordings

  • Personality assessment databases

  • Behavioural tracking data

  • Marketing profiling data

  • Analytics based on conversation content

No data is used for advertising, retargeting, or resale.

 

Confidentiality

  • Sessions are private between participant and expert.

  • Just Talk does not record, monitor, or access session conversations.

  • Conversation content is not stored.

  • No third party has access to session discussions.

Disclosure will only occur if required by applicable law.

 

Data Storage

Just Talk retains only:

  • Necessary email communication records for coordination

  • Basic administrative notes required for alignment and follow-up scheduling

No central client database is maintained.

Data collection is intentionally minimal by design.

 

User Rights

You may request deletion of any email communication or coordination records, subject to legal obligations if applicable.
