Introduction

Just Talk respects your privacy. The platform is designed to operate with minimal personal data. Privacy and anonymity are core principles. Just Talk acts only as a facilitator between participants and independent Conversation Specialists and does not conduct calls.

Information We Collect

Just Talk collects only what is necessary for the process:

Phone number of one participant (used for call coordination)
4 random letters from each participant (one is mandatory; the second is optional)

That is all. No other personal details are required.

Payments

Paid via Razorpay on the booking page
Payments are handled securely and sent to the Conversation Specialist
Just Talk does not process, store, or access any banking or payment details

How the Process Works

Participant submits phone number and 4 random letters
Call is initiated directly by the Conversation Specialist at the scheduled time
The second participant can join via conference call or stay close to speakers
Just Talk only facilitates initial coordination; it does not participate in calls

What Just Talk Does Not Collect or Store

Names or personal identity information
Medical, psychological, or therapy records
Call recordings or conversation content
Marketing or behavioural profiling data

Full anonymity is maintained at all times.

Confidentiality

Calls are private between participants and the Conversation Specialist. Just Talk does not monitor, record, or store call content. Third parties do not have access. Disclosure occurs only if required by law.

Data Storage

Just Talk retains only:

Minimal booking communication for coordination
The 4-letter code shared during booking
Basic internal notes for Conversation Specialist alignment (no personal identity)

No central database of personal details is maintained.

User Rights

Participants can request deletion of data or coordination records by contacting:

Changes to This Policy
