All sessions are conducted using a structured personality-based framework for understanding behavioural preferences, communication styles, and interaction patterns. This framework is used only for self-awareness, reflection, and discussion. It is not a medical, psychological, or diagnostic tool.

Emergency Situations

Just Talk is not equipped to handle emergencies, including but not limited to severe psychological distress, abuse, self-harm, or threats of harm.
