About Just Talk
Just Talk is built on a simple premise:
well-timed, structured conversations can influence how individuals interpret situations, make decisions, and act.
Behind Just Talk is Sandeep Panazhi, a self-made entrepreneur in market research. His work focused on building high-response systems and identifying patterns in human behavior.
Over time, this led to a consistent approach grounded in observation, pattern recognition, and interpretation beyond surface-level responses—forming the basis for a structured, non-diagnostic conversation model.

Sandeep’s Journey
Sandeep’s work began long before Just Talk was formally created.
Between 2015 and 2020, he built and scaled high-trust online panels for global consulting and Big 4 research firms, working with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers across industries. During this period, a consistent pattern emerged: individuals differed significantly in how they processed information, navigated ambiguity, and made decisions.
Over time, this translated into one-to-one conversations with founders, couples, and professionals. These interactions were structured and focused on clarity, orientation, and interpretation rather than advice.
This led to the creation of Just Talk, a dedicated space for thoughtful, ethical, non-diagnostic, Flight-Orientation-led conversations.
Evolution of the Model
The Just Talk Model is informed by a synthesis of Indian traditions of inner enquiry, classical philosophical inquiry from Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle, combined with structured reasoning from René Descartes and Francis Bacon, along with typological insights from Carl Jung.
It is designed to enable high-clarity, type-aligned conversations by integrating experiential awareness, analytical reasoning, and structured typology into a precise, time-efficient dialogue framework.
The Thinking Behind Just Talk
Most conversations today are time-constrained, outcome-driven, or agenda-led. Just Talk follows a different structure.
Each conversation is designed around:
How an individual processes information
How communication patterns shift under pressure
How Flight Orientation influences decisions, conflict, and alignment
To systematize this, Sandeep developed the Just Talk Model, a conversation framework informed by typology-based theory, including insights from Carl Jung. The model was developed in consultation with domain experts and continues to evolve through ongoing professional review.
Why Just Talk Exists
Just Talk is based on a simple observation:
many individuals do not require intervention, but benefit from structured space, clear framing, and well-directed questions.
That is the function Just Talk is designed to serve.
