Just Talk – Call FAQ

This FAQ answers common questions for couples calling the Just Talk number. It explains what Just Talk is, what it is not, how the expert-led consultation works, and whether it is right for you.

1. Basic Understanding

What exactly is Just Talk?

Just Talk is a structured, personality-led conversation service for couples who want orientation and clarity. Conversations are facilitated by empanelled experts trained in the Private Jet Consulting (PJC) Model.

Is this counselling or therapy?

No. Just Talk is not counselling, therapy, or mental health treatment. There is no diagnosis, emotional healing work, or clinical intervention.

Then what actually happens in a session?

A trained expert guides a focused, respectful conversation between both partners. The goal is to help both individuals express themselves clearly, listen better, and understand the real issue beneath repeated conflicts.

Who is this meant for?

Just Talk is meant only for couples who want to talk together. It is suitable for married couples or committed partners experiencing confusion, recurring arguments, or communication blocks.

Can one partner join alone?

No. Sessions are strictly for both partners together. Individual calls are not offered.

  • Severe mental health concerns

  • Domestic violence or abuse situations

  • Situations requiring medical, psychiatric, or legal intervention

Will the expert tell us who is right or wrong?

No. The expert remains neutral. The aim is shared clarity, not judgement.

Will the expert give advice or solutions?

No generic advice is given. The expert reflects patterns, highlights blind spots, and helps couples see things clearly so better decisions become possible.

3. How the Calls Work

What happens in the first call?

The first call is a short orientation call. The model is explained, expectations are set, and suitability is checked.

Is the first call a therapy session?

No. It is only an orientation and fitment call.

What happens after the first call?

If both partners agree, a short joint scheduling call is done to finalise a suitable time.

What happens in the one-hour session?

Both partners join together for a structured, guided conversation lasting one hour. The conversation is actively facilitated by a trained expert.

Do we need to commit to multiple sessions?

No. There are no packages or long-term commitments. You decide one session at a time.

4. Pricing and Payment

How much does it cost?

₹499 per person for a one-hour session.

Is this price per couple or per individual?

The price is per person. Both partners pay ₹499 each.

Are there packages or subscriptions?

When do we pay?

Payment details are shared before the confirmed session.

5. Privacy and Safety

Do we need to share our names?

No. Sharing names is not mandatory.

Do we need to share personal details?

No personal or sensitive information is required.

Are sessions recorded?

No. Sessions are not recorded.

Is what we say kept confidential?

Yes. Conversations are private and handled with strict confidentiality.

6. Style and Approach

Will we be judged?

No. There is no judgement.

Will there be emotional probing or long silences?

No. This is not a passive listening space. The conversation remains active and structured.

Will the expert interrupt us?

Only when required to maintain clarity, balance, or direction, and always respectfully.

How is this different from talking at home?

The structure, neutrality, and personality-led approach help couples say what they actually mean and hear what is actually being said.

7. Outcomes

What will we walk away with?

You will leave with:

  • Clarity on the real conflict

  • A shared language to discuss issues calmly

  • Six carefully selected words

What are the six words?

They are personalised anchor words identified during the session. They help both partners pause, reflect, and respond better in future conversations.

Will this fix everything?

Just Talk does not promise fixes. It creates clarity. What you do with that clarity is up to you.

8. The Model

What model do you use?

We use the Private Jet Consulting Model™, a structured conversation framework designed to surface clarity quickly and respectfully.

Is this model used elsewhere?

Yes. The model has been used in relationship, conflict-resolution, and decision-alignment conversations.

9. Practical Questions

Is this online or offline?

Sessions are conducted over call.

What language is the session in?

Sessions are conducted in simple, clear English.

What if one partner is hesitant?

That is common. The orientation call helps both partners understand the process before deciding.

Can we stop if we feel uncomfortable?

Yes. You are free to stop at any point.

10. Final Clarifications

Is this a crisis helpline?

No. Just Talk is not an emergency or crisis service.

Is this religious or spiritual guidance?

No. The service is neutral and practical. References to Dharma and Karma reflect values, not religious instruction.

Why is the price kept low?

The intent is accessibility and seriousness, not commercial pressure.

How do we start?
