Market rates for 'structured' startup consulting by experts from McKinsey, BCG, Bain (MBB), or Accenture average around $300 (≈ ₹25,100) per hour — our service costs less than 2% of that.

 

GST Note: For example, the ₹49,900 fee for a 1-month (100-hrs) "Just Talk" is paid directly to the consultant (Founder) delivering the session. As a platform, we charge a 5% commission (₹2495) to the consultant (Founder) for facilitating the engagement. This commission is invoiced separately with 18% GST (₹449), bringing the total charge to ₹2944. Clients are not charged any invoice/GST by us directly, as the core service is provided by the consultant. Invoices are due immediately after the session.

 

1. Overview

At TheJustTalk.com, we strive to provide meaningful and valuable consulting sessions through our network of active Founders. Due to the nature of our services—which involve live, personalized sessions—we generally do not offer refunds once a session has been completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • If a session was not conducted due to technical issues on our platform’s side.

  • If you can provide clear evidence that the Founder (Consultant) failed to deliver the service as described.

  • If there is a duplicate or accidental charge.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after a session is completed.

  • Dissatisfaction with the session’s content or outcomes.

  • Failure to show up for a scheduled session.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the session date at:

Include:

  • Your registered email address

  • Session details (date, time, Founder/Consultant name)

  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Resolution

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.​​
