By accessing or using thejusttalk.com (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

thejusttalk.com provides a platform where Founders try the Private Jet Consulting Model™, and based on performance and client feedback, may be promoted to Founders who offer Talks to other Founders.

​

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

​

4. Founder Roles

  • Founders begin by tinkering with our consulting model.

  • Based on evaluation, Founders may be authorized to provide consulting 'Talks'.​

​

5. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and sessions.

  • You will treat all participants with respect and not engage in abusive, discriminatory, or illegal conduct.

  • You acknowledge that our platform is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.

6. Payment and Fees​

  • The Verlässlich Analytics team’s responsibility is to connect the right founders using our proprietary compatibility model. Peers may then proceed with exchanging payments based on their individual needs and requirements.

  • A commission of ₹24.95 (excluding GST) is charged per hour for platform services.

 

The facilitation commission will be invoiced to you per transaction. This supports operational costs and ensures fairness in the ecosystem.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • We respect your privacy as outlined in our ðŸ”—Privacy Policy.

  • Conversations are confidential except when disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Verlässlich Analytics does not guarantee a specific outcome or result from sessions.

  • All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform or services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of INDIA.
