At Verlässlich Analytics, we believe that human insight, shared freely and ethically, has the power to transform lives. As pioneers of a peer-to-peer consulting model, we recognize the profound responsibility that comes with holding space for others. This Code of Ethics guides how we listen, engage, and grow—with integrity.

1. Radical Transparency

We commit to being clear and upfront about:

  • Who you're speaking to (trainee, peer guide, or trained consultant)

  • How our system works, including the flow of payment, commissions, and roles

No hidden experts. No disguised motives. Just real people in real conversation.

2. Non-Judgmental Listening

Every individual brings a world within them. We:

  • Do not diagnose, label, or preach

  • Offer insight, not instruction

  • Respect your pace, process, and privacy

We listen not to fix you, but to help you see yourself more clearly.

3. Voluntary, Not Vulnerable

Whether you're a guide or a client, you're here by choice—not pressure.

  • No emotional manipulation, urgency traps, or exaggerated promises

  • We do not claim to “change lives”—we invite exploration

  • If a situation feels heavy, we encourage professional help outside our platform

We aim to awaken clarity, not dependency.

4. Confidentiality is Sacred

All conversations are confidential unless:

  • Explicit consent is given to share

  • There is a risk of harm to self or others, in which case we may break silence to protect life

Trust is the invisible room we work in. We keep it clean.

5. Zero Discrimination

We do not tolerate bias or hate of any kind based on:

  • Gender or sexual identity

  • Religion or belief

  • Caste, class, race, ethnicity, or appearance

Our platform is built for everyone brave enough to speak—and respectful enough to listen.

6. No Misleading Claims

We avoid using terms like “expert,” “certified,” or “guaranteed” unless they are formally true.

  • Testimonials reflect real feedback, not curated perfection

  • We never fabricate transformation stories or quote statistics we can’t verify

Our model is powerful because it is honest, not hyped.

7. Feedback-Driven Improvement

We treat feedback as oxygen. If a Talk felt uncomfortable, inappropriate, or unclear:

  • Report it easily via feedback@thejusttalk.com

  • We will listen, investigate, and act within a structured grievance redressal process

Mistakes don’t scare us. Silence does.

8. Purpose Over Profit

Our financial model is designed to sustain people who listen—not exploit those who speak.

  • Trainees who offer value can earn

  • Clients pay transparently for time, not promises

  • We reinvest to grow the ecosystem of human conversation

Insight shouldn’t be elite. It should be accessible, ethical, and sustainable.
